Install FX works closely with several major clients, and home howners who carry out extensive works on now what is now termed "Leaky Buildings".  These works often require the building cladding to be completely removed, remedial works carried out then new cladding is fitted.

 

Part of this process involves the entire removal of aluminium joinery windows and doors.  Install FX has the resources to carry out joinery removal, transport back to our workshop where required, and carry out remedial work that is required.  These works include:

 

• Removal of jamb liners

• Alterations to size of joinery (i.e. some items may need to reduced in height to accommodate a new nib)

• Refurbishment of joinery hardware - handles, locks etc

• Fitting of new jamb liners

• Reworks to mitres and penetration point - new sealant etc

• Transport to back to site when required

• Reinstallation of items into building

 

Some projects require the ability to redesign and alter the openings, supply new flashings and glass.  We can work with you, whatever your requirements may be - from a block of apartments, to one window in your home.
